The LabChip GX by Caliper is a high-throughput platform for quality control of RNA and fragmented DNA, capable of processing up to 384 samples in a single run. The output for the LabChip GX is similar to that of Agilent's Bionalyzer.
The Bioanalyzer 2100 by Agilent is the industry standard for quality control of RNA and fragmented DNA.
